Highlights for the quarter
ENVIRONMENTAL COUNCIL CORPORATE AFFAIRS REPORT
- F20 MAD campaign ran in print, electronic and digital/social media platforms.
- Collection of waste from the Delta cages continued. Weekly updates on collection rate being circulated.
- The Random Acts of Madness clean up campaign was successfully held.
- Employee involvement commendable in the national clean up campaigns.
MAD Road Show Awareness Campaign
- Held successful clean-up campaign road show activations in Harare, Sunningdale, and Mbare areas in the period under review in partnership with Harare City Council, and EMA.
- Objective of the program remains to create awareness to communities and educate them on responsible waste management.
MAD Random Acts of Madness Campaign
- Held successful clean-up campaign for the random acts of madness winner of Sunningdale.
- Objective of the campaign is to create awareness to communities and educate them on responsible waste management.

- Random Acts of Madness campaign continued to run.
- Campaign articulated importance of waste management.
- Facebook campaign had more engagement.

MAD National Clean Up Campaign - #Deltaforgood
Delta employees continued to volunteer to participate in the National Clean-Up Campaign launched by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe on the first Fridays of the month as part of the Delta for good campaign.
