Our Mission: To contribute to the growth and profitability of Delta Corporation by delivering training and development programmes which are effective in improving the workplace performance and attitudes of company employees.

Our Vision and Values: These are derived from Delta Corporation's Vision and Values.  We place great store on the importance of all employees ‘living’ the Values, and we use them as a critical point of reference when we develop and deliver our training programmes.  This is because we subscribe to the view that an organisation’s success is rooted in the quality of its culture (‘How we do things around here’), and underpinning the culture are the core beliefs of the people who work in the organisation.  Leaders, at all levels, are responsible for nurturing the values we espouse in Delta.

Special Mention: This introduction to Mandel would be incomplete without a mention of our home – The Mandel Training Centre’s facility in suburban Harare.  In addition to its excellent conference rooms, the Centre, which is set in beautifully landscaped gardens, has supporting residential, catering and recreational amenities and is widely used by local, regional and international organisations. We are now in the process of getting ISO certified, which opens an exciting chapter for us.
