Delta Board Changes

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jonathan Andrew Kirby as a non-executive director of the Company. replacing Mr Gerry Van Den Houten on his retirement from the SABMiller Group.

Mr Jon Kirby
Mr Jon Kirby is a chartered accountant and is currently the Finance Director of SABMiller Africa & Asia and sits on boards of a number of the Group's subsidiaries.He has been with the SABMiller Group since September.






Mr Van Den Houten
We wish to thank and bid farewell to Mr Van Den Houten on his retirement from the Board and the SABMiller Group. Gerry joined the board in February 2003 and played a key consultancy role during the demerger process.
